Louise Kingston has been teaching piano for over 20 years and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from Montana State University. 

Louise enjoys helping students learn to play the piano while having fun along the way. She customizes activities and skill development to fit each student's needs and personality. Learning from Louise will help your student determine if their goal is to perform or just play for themselves and others at home. Whatever goal they land on, she reminds students, “How fast you can learn to play is completely dependent on how much you are willing to practice.”

Under the mentorship of Mr. G. while growing up in Bozeman, Montana, Louise credits the musician she is today to his tutelage, which continued through college and into her student teaching. Another wonderful teacher of Louise was Kathryn Mientka, a professor at MSU who taught her to overcome perfectionism in performing.
