With a Bachelor of Music and a Minor in Theatre from Concordia College, Eric Monson was meant to teach voice! For the last 12 years, he has been teaching students using fun and creative methods to help them reach their individual goals. Eric excels at teaching beginners of all ages and enjoys working with different skill levels. 

Eric has taught over 300 students since returning home from the east coast where he performed professionally for many years. Teaching runs in his family and you may know his dad or sister who have taught in Hamilton for decades. 

When Eric isn’t teaching voice at BSOM, you might find him at GROOVZ where he teaches a musical theatre class.
